Looking to run your fastest 5K?  Want to change up your workouts and challenge yourself to reach new levels?  Working towards a faster marathon/half marathon?  This program is for YOU! 

Whether you consider yourself and age-group awards winner or a back of the pack runner, you can all benefit from the challenge of speed and strengthening workouts.

SW2S2 - Six Weeks to Speed Series: Speedwork training series designed to train athletes to improve pace, strength and recovery times. Participants in SW2S2 should be able to comfortably run 4 miles and be prepared to put forth a strong effort to take their training to the next level.
