New this year:  Two workouts a week!

Wednesday nights you will be challenged with a combination of hill work, form drills and speed workouts. Designed to help you run faster and more efficiently, you will be amazed with your improved overall fitness from these challenging and fun sessions.

Saturday mornings we will go the distance.  We will begin the program by running for time in an effort to increase your overall time on your feet.  Half way through the program we will transition into mileage, eventually building up to running 12 miles before we taper for race day.

Also new this year:  Pace Groups

Pace groups will help you to challenge yourself while giving you a consistent group for training.  Your registration information sheet and our first group practice will allow us to appropriately place you in your group.  Your schedule will be tailored for your group and you will work together throughout the program to help one another reach the next level in distance and speed.  Each pace group will have an assigned volunteer coach with them on the run.

Registration for our fall programs will open July 1st,
so don't miss out on this exciting opportunity!

What is the next step after Half Marathon?  Join us AGAIN in January!

January 2011 we will launch a second half marathon program.  The training plan will be similar to Fall 2010 and will involve 12 weeks of training to build up to the 13.1 mile distance.  We strongly encourage you to consider joining us for one or both half marathon training programs if you are hoping to train for a Fall 2011 Marathon.
